Marianne Halvorsen founded Strategi Builder with a vision to create a more thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to risk and business advisory.
With more than 20 years of experience working alongside executives, investors, and deal teams, she has built her career helping businesses navigate complex moments including growth, transformation, restructuring, and transactions.
Strategi Builder was created from the belief that the strongest outcomes come from trust, strategic thinking, and access to the right relationships.

Strategi Builder LLC is an independent boutique insurance brokerage designed for scenarios where standard off-the-shelf insurance coverage falls short. We cultivate direct relationships with underwriters, wholesale syndicates, and institutional carriers to structure precise, workable coverage for businesses facing pivotal moments.
Our model merges deep market access with rigorous analytical positioning. By carefully refining financial narratives, pitch materials, and risk profiles, we ensure underwriters see the true quality of each risk.

Prior to founding Strategi Builder LLC, Marianne held senior leadership and brokerage roles at major national firms including Risk Strategies, Baldwin Risk Partners, Aon, Lockton, and Willis Towers Watson. She has originated and structured major risk programs for corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and high-growth leadership teams.
In addition to her brokerage leadership, Marianne is the founder of Kontaktsource, a network facilitating deal flow and relationships between private equity firms and family offices.
She holds master's degrees from Macquarie University and Queensland University of Technology, alongside business degrees from Washington State University and BI Norwegian Business School.
