Marianne Halvorsen
Marianne Halvorsen has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, working with large national and global brokerage firms across New York, California, and Florida. Her work has focused on M&A transactions, helping companies protect their leadership, meet lender and investor requirements, and structure the right coverage at the right time, particularly in situations where insurance is complex or difficult to place.
Throughout her career, Marianne has built deep, trusted relationships across insurance carriers, wholesale markets, and key market participants. These relationships are central to her ability to navigate the market thoughtfully and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
She is also the founder of Kontaktsource, a strategic M&A membership community connecting private equity, lenders, founders, and advisors, which complements her work by fostering strong, long-term relationships across the deal ecosystem.
Marianne also brings a background in leadership and coaching, which informs her people-centered approach to business.
